On 07/14/2025 at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Adriana Macias, and Veronica Torres Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 05/08/2025, for above allegation. Upon arrival, LPAs were greeted by Director Ana Lopez and toured the facility. A total of 85 children and 9 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprinted and associated.
Based on LPAs record review, observations, staff interviews, and parent interviews, there was not enough evidence to support the above claim. LPAs reviewed sign in & out electronic logs for both children and staff from 04/15/2025 to 05/12/2025. Some of the classrooms might have been out of ratio per electronic logs, however during today’s inspection, LPA’s reviewed handwritten ratio logs and found dates mentioned to be within ratio. One out of 11 people interviewed witnessed the center to be out of ratio, therefore, the above allegation could not be proven nor disproven.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Ana Lopez. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPA observed form posted.
