On 12/8/23 @ 8:10, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver the findings to the allegations that children are not checked for symptoms of illness during drop-off; that staff do not ensure children are isolated when sick and that children's authorized representatives are not notified to pick-up when children become ill for pick-up. Initial inspection was conducted on 11/29/23.
LPA met and toured the classrooms with Camille Hornik. Observed present today were a total 23 children. Appropriate ratio was observed.
Based on the information obtained during interviews with facility staff and parents , observations of the facility, and the review of relevant documentation, it is determined that the above-referenced allegation is unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. No deficiences are cited.
An exit interview was conducted. Notice of Site Visit was given and will remain posted for 30 days.
