On 10/11/23 at 1PM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection. LPA tour the facility with staff Alainna Armas. Observed were 44 children napping in rooms 6, 7 & 8.

It was alleged that staff are not providing a safe environment for day care children. During a tour of the classrooms, LPA observed children napping next to shelves with heavy objects (water container, bins with supplies, radio, etc) stored on top shelf that poses falling hazards.

Based on LPAs observations and interviews conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore the findings is substantiated. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 is being cited on the attached lic 9099D.
