On July 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jo Ann Legaspi conducted a Case Management Legal/Non-compliance inspection regarding a Non-Compliance Plan, dated 05/31/2024. LPA met with Director Cristina Jimenez Barajas and disclosed the purpose of the inspection.

LPA observed the weekly pool/door alarm log.

No deficiencies cited. A notice of site visit was given to the facility representative and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Cristina Jimenez.
