On 11/14/2022 @ 10:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection. LPA met and toured the classrooms with Site Director, Emalina Ledbetter. Observed present today were 30 preschool children with staff Noemi Matancillas, Nancy Vang, Kathleen Ysip, Eugenia Gomez, Mark Flatley, Itzel Ulloa and Karla Gaytan-Martinez.

This inspection is in reference to licensee's request to decrease preschool capacity with the conversion of Room #6 to school-age classroom.

Room #2 has 896 sq. ft. and Room #4 also has 896 sq. ft. Total area is 1,792 sq. ft. will accommodate 51 preschool children.

NO DEFICIENCY OBSERVED TODAY.

A decrease in capacity for preschool is granted effective today, 11/14/2022 for 51 preschool children in Rooms #2 & #4.

Exit interview was conducted with Ms. Ledbetter. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was also provided and observed posted.
