13 | On 05/22/26 at 3:40PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J.C. Valdez conducted and unannounced visit to deliver findings, for the complaint received on 03/24/26 for the above allegation. LPA met with the Director Emalina Ledbetter. LPA identified himself and disclosed the purpose of the visit. There were 10 children and 3 staff in 1 classroom.
It was alleged that the facility staff are not meetig day caer children's needs. LPA conducted investigative interviews which were contradictory. During inspection visits 04/01/26 and 04/15/26, LPA did not observe the need's of children not being met. Based on information obtained during interviews and observations, it could not be determined that the facility is not meeting the needs of the children in car. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. Therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Emalina Ledbetter. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
