13 | On 08/17/2021 at 11:40 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens, conducted an unannounced complaint inspection with Director, Stephanie Freeman. LPA Stevens informed Director the purpose of the inspection was to deliver findings on allegation of Lack of Supervision. Director led LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 17 pre-school children with 2 Staff in care at the time of inspection.
During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted with the reporting party, daycare children, daycare parents, staff, and licensee. Facility files and documentation from outside agencies were reviewed. Although the department received information that preschool children were behaving inappropriately due to a lack of supervision, the information obtained in confidential interviews did not support this allegation, thus this allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A finding of UNSUBSTANTIATED means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
No deficiencies cited.
An exit interview was conducted and copy of this report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) were provided to the Director. Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
