On 12/5/24 at 11:00 AM, Regional Manager (RM) Kimberly Hall, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Tashima Daniel and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sherlynn Banas conducted an announced office meeting with Co-owners, Peter Cohen, Darren Solomon, and Deborah Fricker (also Director) of Kid Ventures at the San Diego North Child Care Regional Office. This meeting was requested by Peter Cohen for the purpose of discussing the pending appeal request.

RM Kimberly Hall explained that items of discussion and documents previously submitted by Peter Cohen will be taken into consideration when finalizing her response to the submitted appeal. It was further explained that LPA Banas will revisit the facility during an unannounced time to amend the final LIC 9099 report.
