On March 22, 2024, at 9:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Gloria Gonzalez conducted a complaint inspection to deliver findings and met with Director, Aimee Boiri regarding the above allegation. LPA advised Assistant Director of the purpose of the inspection and conducted a tour of the facility. There were forty-one (41) daycare children and ten (10) staff members present during the inspection.
On 1/10/24, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging facility is malodorous, (the facility smelled like mold). During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted with the Licensee Representative, Director, 12 staff members, 8 daycare children, and 8 daycare parents. Licensee representative stated that there was a humidity smell reported on 1/12/24 that was also smelled outside. |
