On 4/15/26 at 11:40 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Annette Sutherland conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering findings for the complaint received on 2/24/26 regarding the above allegation. During the visits LPA toured the facility and found the facility to be operating in proper ratio. It was alleged that facility operating over ratio. LPA visited the facility on 3/4/26 and again today and found the facility operating within ratio. LPA reviewed enrollment records, staff, and child records for Febuary 23, 2026 and could not find an instance where any classroom was out of ratio. LPA interviewed parents associated to the facility and all claimed that the facility was operating within required ratios. LPA was unable to find corroborating evidence to support the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Acting Center Director, Vavara Keller. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
