On 8/16/2023 @ 11:10AM, LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced case management inspection in reference to licensee's request to add Room B14 to their licensed space. Fire Marshall clearance was received on 6/22/23 clearing Room B14.

LPA met and toured the facility with Victoria Albertson, site director. Observed present were 11 school-age children in Room B13. Staff Ayla Wood and Emma Loaiza were also present today. Darien Brown arrived at 11:45 am.

Room B14 was inspected. This room was observed equipped with age-appropriate furniture. Ms. Albertson stated that children have their own water bottles for drinking.

NO DEFICIENCY CITED TODAY.

Exit interview was conducted with Ms. Albertson. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided today. Notice of site visit was also provide, must be posted for 30 days.
