On 01/13/23 at 9:40am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samantha Clenista conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report date 12/02/22. Upon arrival LPA met with Teacher, Rosalina Venegas. Director, Christine D’Amico arrived soon after to conclude the inspection. LPA proceeded to tour the facility. During today's inspection, there were 15 children with a total of 4 staff members. Appropriate ratios and capacity were observed. See file for amended report.
