On 10/10/2023 at 12:20pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Selina Siao and Renita Rodriguez conducted a case management inspection for the purpose of amending two licensing reports dated 09/29/2023.

LPAs conducted a tour of the classrooms during today's inspection and appropriate ratios were observed. All staff members have the required background clearances and are associated with the facility.
