On 08/28/2025 at 12:40 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Adriana Macias and Sharon Mendez conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 07/17/2025, with above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Jenni Gonzalez and toured the facility. A total of 21 infants and 6 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. The Bearcubs Classroom had 10 infants, 2 Fully qualified teachers and 1 aid. The Squirrels Classroom had 11 infants, 1 Fully Qualified teacher, 1 teacher, and 1 aid.

Based on LPA’s record review, at least 3 teachers were Fully Qualified. All staff have been fingerprinted and associated to the facility. During initial inspection on 07/23/2025 and today’s inspection, there was enough Fully Qualified teachers providing care for both infant classrooms.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Jenni Gonzalez. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPAs observed form posted.
