13 | On 01/27/2026 at 10:00AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver findings on complaint received on 11/20/2025 regarding the above allegations. LPA met with Director Jenni Gonzalez and discussed reason for visit. This facility has been closed as of 12/24/2025 due to a change of ownership, therefore there was no staff or children under this facility at the time of inspection.
Based on LPA observations, interviews and documentation, no violations were found. Staff, parents, and one child interviewed did not express any concerns about the hygiene, times of diaper changes, or potty times of children in the facility. LPA observed enough cubbies for children’s personal belongings, and all parents and staff interviewed shared the same procedures that are followed in the facility to ensure that there are always enough dry clothes, wipes and diapers for each child. Facility staff reviewed with LPA how storage is maintained to avoid the mix of children’s personal belongings. Due to all the information gathered, there was not enough evidence to support the claims mentioned. (cont. on LIC9099C) |
