On July 14, 2021 at 3:21 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Leilani Curtis and Jennifer Lott conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of delivering an amended report from an original report, LIC9099 dated, 06/30/2021. Upon arrival, LPA's met with Asst. Director Lisa Pfeffer and proceeded to tour the facility. There were 38 children present with 5 staff members. Appropriate ratios were observed. Staff members have the required background clearances and are associated to the facility.

No deficiencies are cited.

An exit interview was conducted with Director Gonzalez. LPA's reviewed this report with the director and Appeal Rights (LIC 9058 01/16) were provided. The director's signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA's observed Director post notice of site visit.
