On 07/03/2023 at 12:10pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted an unannounced case management inspection to amend the licensing report dated 06/23/2023. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director Jenni Gonzalez who was at the outdoor playground supervising the school age children with another staff during lunch time. LPA conducted a tour of the preschool classrooms to gathered census and the following ratios were observed: The two-year-old classroom had 8 children supervised by new staff Maria Marquez and another room had 12 children (3 & 4 yo) napping on mats and the children were supervised by staff Wafaa Sfeer and Zainab Abd. All staff members have the required background clearances and are associated to the facility. No citation issue. Notice of Site visit was provided and it must remain posted for 30 days.
