On 09/29/2023 at 2:00pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Selina Siao and Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced case management inspection. On 09/15/2023, LPA Selina Siao observed two day care children walking to the restroom located next to the playground to wash their hands without visual supervision of a staff. The incident was observed while LPA Siao was talking to the Director Jenni Gonzalez on 09/15/2023.

This requirement is not met as evidence by: On 0915/2023, LPA Siao observed two school age children walking to the restroom located next to the playground during the inspection without visual supervision. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
