On 11/18/2021 at 9:25AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samantha Clenista completed an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering the finding for the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Center Director, Jasmine Cisneros, and proceeded to tour the facility. LPA observed a total of 63 children with 12 staff. LPA observed all staff wearing their masks and 59 out of the 63 children wearing mask. LPA observed the staff encouraging the children who did not have their masks on, to keep it on. LPA interviewed staff during inspection. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with several staff and parents. LPA also obtained and reviewed related documentation. Although the above allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, there for the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted with Director. No deficiencies observed in the areas inspected during today's visit. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT IS TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed Director post notice of site visit.
