THIS IS AN AMENDED REPORT DELIVERED ON 01/23/2026:

On 01/07/26 at 9:30 a.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Torres Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 11/03/25 regarding the above allegation. Upon arrival, the LPA was greeted by Director Jasmine Cisneros. A total of 60 children and 13 staff were observed, which was within the appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprinted and associated with the facility. Based on LPA observations and a review of the facility’s sick policy, no violations were found. Staff, parents, and children interviewed expressed that sick children were handled appropriately; therefore, there was not enough evidence to support the claims mentioned. Although the allegation may have occurred or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Jasmine Cisneros. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
