13 | On 7/26/22 at 8:50 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Adrian Mangina and Keturah Lane made an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 5/24/22, regarding the above allegations for the purpose of reviewing staff files, obtaining sign in and sign out sheets and to deliver findings on the above reference allegation. LPAs met with Executive Director, Shelly Baker. Also present were (5) daycare children and four teachers. Proper ratios and supervision were observed.
It was alleged that napping equipment is not being properly arranged and lack of supervision resulting in child being injured. on 6/24/22, he facility underwent a change in enrollment and moved the two existing preschool classes to another affiliated facility nearby and LPA was unable to observe the napping layout of the chldren while children were present, however, interviews indicated that sufficient space (2 feet) was left between napping children.
