25 | On 8/14/24 at 9:40 a.m., Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Adrian Castellon and Saul Sazueta arrived at the facility to conduct a case management - License initiated inspection. Upon arrival LPAs met with Founder/CEO Christine D'Amico and attempted to inspect classroom #309, 505, and 509. The facility has requested the addition of classrooms as part of the after school program. The capacity (30) will remain the same. Currently, the library and rooms 304 and 305 are licensed.
Classroom to be inspected were not set up for inspection on this date. D'Amico states that the equipment to be used in requested classrooms are currently being used in currently licensed classrooms. D'Amico states that the currently licensed classrooms are not currently used for day-care purposes and may not be in compliance with required licensing regulations. The library is currently used for daycare purposes and meets licensing requirements.
After discussing with school principal, D'Amico has requested that only classroom 505 be added to the license. D'Amico also requests that room 304 be removed from the license. D'Amico requests that room 309 and 507 be removed from the application recently submitted. D'Amico will submit an update LIC200A.
LPA Castellon will return to complete the inspection. No citations issued on this date. |
