On June 8, 2022 at 1:00PM, LPAs Luigi Gargaro and Cindy Meier conducted an unannounced case management visit to the facility to review its current playground waiver. Analysts met with director Cecilia Pettye and inspected the facility’s current on property outdoor area and equipment, reviewed its use by the building complex and also the basis for the in place waiver that allows them to share the playground of a related program facility rather than use the outdoor building space. Analysts additionally took photos of the inspected outdoor area. All of the information gathered during today’s visit will be reviewed by the Licensing office to determine whether any modifications may be necessary to the waiver or its conditions.
