On 08/17/2022 LPA Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced Case Management visit for the purpose of amending Case Management-Incident report dated 08/04/2022. LPA met with Director Cynthia Quintana. There were 9 infants and 4 staff present at the time of this inspection.
Exit interview conducted and copy of report provided to Director. Notice of Site Visit must be posted for 30 days.
