On 04/20/2023 at 11:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver the above complaint findings. The initial inspections wereconducted by LPA Siao on 2/27/2023 and 4/03/2023. Upon arrival LPA met with Director Victoria Dedeaux and conducted a tour of classrooms. There are 56 children supervised by 10 staff members in three classrooms. Appropriate ratios were observed and all staff members have the required background clearances and are associated to the facility.
Throughout the course of investigation, interviews were conducted with the reporting party, several staff members including the Director, several day care parents and day care children. Based on information obtained there was conflicting information regarding the above allegations. As such, although the allegations may have happened, or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED, no citations issued to facility at this time.
