13 | On 7/30/24, at 9:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Gloria Gonzalez conducted a complaint inspection to deliver findings and met with Administrator, Mitzy Noce regarding the above allegation. On or about 10:15, Director Monica Salazar arrived at the facility to continue with the inspection. LPA advised Noce of the purpose of the inspection and conducted a tour of the facility. There were no daycare children and no staff members present during the inspection, as the school is closed and will re-open on 8/12/24.
On 5/3/24, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging staff are operating over ratio. During the course of the investigation interviews were conducted with Licensee, Director, 8 staff members, 8 daycare parents, and 8 daycare children. Licensee and Director denied the above allegation and stated that the ratio is 12 children to 1 staff and if there is to be more than 12 children, then a Teacher Assistant will come in to assist. Licensee stated this facility maintains adequate ratios. Director states facility has additional staff available if needed to cover absences and breaks. |
