On 6/22/2022 at 10:02am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane arrived at the facility to conduct a case management inspection for the purpose of a capacity increase. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Tiffany Burroughs and toured the facility. There were nine (9) children and one (1) staff member present. The facility is requesting a capacity increase to 20 preschool children (age 2 years – 5 years). Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Classroom 3 was inspected and measured a total of 749.51 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate 21 children, however applicant is only requesting an increase of 10 children for a total capacity of 20 children in the preschool room and classroom 3. Classroom 3 is equipped with appropriate furniture, cots for napping, tables, chairs, bookshelves and other materials for children. The facility has a total of two (2) toilets and two (2) sinks, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity.

The outdoor activity space previously measured a total of 1871.23 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate 20 children

A fire clearance for 20 preschool children (age 2 – 5 years) was granted 4/7/2022.



Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited.

Exit interview conducted with Director, Tiffany Burroughs. A capacity increase to 20 preschool children is granted effective today’s date 6/22/22.

Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's date. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
