On 07/11/22 at 1:30 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Rajani Goudreau, conducted a unannounced Case Management inspection in order to deliver an amended report originally created on June 22, 2022.  Upon inspection, LPA met with Director, Cinthya Baez and proceeded to tour the facility. During this inspection there were five napping infants in care with one staff member present.
 
No deficiencies issued during today's visit. The following reports were discussed and provided to the director: LIC809, LIC809 originally created on June 22, 2022, Appeal Rights and Notice of Site visit. LPA informed the director Notice of Site visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's date. An exit interview was conducted with Director, Cinthya Baez
