On 10/6/23 at 1:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane arrived at the facility to conduct a case management inspection for the purpose of a capacity increase and room change. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Xavier Deanfrasio and was led on a tour the facility. There were no children present as today is a staff training day. The licensee is requesting a capacity increase to 44 preschool children, ages 2-5 years. Licensee is also requesting a room change to rooms 2, 4 and 5. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Classrooms 2, 4 and 5 were inspected and measured a total of 1688.98 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity. Classrooms were equipped with appropriate furniture, including cots for napping, tables, chairs, cubbies, bookshelves and other materials for children. There were three (3) toilets and six (6) sinks exclusive for the children's use, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity.

The outdoor activity space was inspected and previously measured a total of 3420.72 which is sufficient to accommodate to accommodate the requested capacity.

A fire clearance for 44 preschool children; ages 2-5 years in rooms 2, 4 and 5 was granted 9/19/23.

No deficiencies cited.

A capacity increase for 44 preschool children in rooms 2, 4 and 5 is granted effective today’s date.

Exit interview conducted with Director, Xavier Deanfrasio. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's date. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
