On 6/24/22, at 12:50pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted a case management inspection for the purpose of providing Technical Assistance (TA) regarding COVID-19. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Xavier Deanfrasio and proceed to tour the facility. There were 13 children and three (3) staff present. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm.

LPA observed COVID-19 awareness posters posted. Director stated the facility continues to follow COVID-19 protocol for cleaning, sanitizing and daily health checks for children and staff. The facility, toys and equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily. LPA provided director with PIN 22-18-CCP which provides guidance and resources for COVID-19 and a COVID-19 child care program self-assessment guide. Director follows reporting requirements with Community Care Licensing and the San Diego Health Department and works closely with both departments to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited.

An exit interview was conducted with Director, Xavier Deanfrasio.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
