On 11/7/22 at 9:05am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended report originally created on 11/1/22. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Xavier Deanfrasio and disclosed the purpose of the inspection. LPA toured the facility. There were 19 infant children and seven (7) staff members present.

Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies cited.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
