On 8/11/23 at 3:00pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted a follow-up pre-licensing inspection to measure the outdoor activity space. Upon arrival, LPA met with facility representative, Holly Morey.

The outdoor activity space for exclusive use by preschool children measured 3553.63 square feet which is sufficient to accommodate 47 children. Applicant stated they will submit an updated LIC200A to reflect the new capacity of 47 preschool children.

Applicant submitted a waiver request to share an outdoor activity space with UTK and Kindergarten students on a scheduled basis.

Exit interview conducted with facility representative, Holly Morey. A license for 47 preschool children may be granted after a final file review.
