During the investigation LPA conducted a complaint inspection, interviewed director, staff, and daycare parents. A facility roster was obtained. It was alleged on 9/17/2025 that staff physically assulted a daycare child in care. The director denied the allegation and stated she did not observe staff assault a child. Staff interviewed stated they have not assualted children or observed other staff assaulting children. There were no children interviewed, due to infants being non-verbal. According to parents interviewed, they have not observed any innappropriate interactions with staff and children. Due to conflicting information obtained throughout the course of the investigation and no other witnesses to the alleged incidents, LPA was unable to determine whether or not the allegation occurred. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were cited.
