On September 26, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Van met with Site Coordinator Alicia Brennan for an unannounced inspection of the Plan of Correction (POC). The purpose of the inspection was explained, and entrance to the center was granted. The site coordinator and seven teachers supervised 53 children during the visit.

During the complaint investigation on September 18, 2024, the Center found that the required ratio of one teacher to 14 school-age children was not met; a teacher was observed supervising more than 14 children.

In today's inspection, LPA found that the Center operated within its licensed capacity and limitations. The Site Coordinator had submitted the teachers' schedule and a written plan of correction for the teacher/children ratio deficiency. Additionally, all staff members had received training on the teacher-child ratio for the school-age program. As a result, the deficiency cited on September 18, 2024, has been cleared.

No deficiencies were observed in today's inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Site Coordinator, Alicia Brannan.
