On August 13, 2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Ly arrived at the facility unannounced to close the complaint investigation into the above allegations and met with Head Teacher Kim Du and Director Connie Luu. There are 37 children in attendance today with the present of 12 staff.

Based on information obtained during the course of this investigation through interviews and record review, there was no sufficient evidence to prove allegations Staff are handling day care children in an inappropriate manner and Staff taunted day care child in care. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A copy of this report and appeal rights were discussed and left with Director whose signature on this form confirm receipt of the report. Notice of Site Visit was provided. Notice to remain posted for 30 days.
