On September 19, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Zeynep Basak conducted a case management visit and met with the director Sandy Mckeithan. The purpose of the inspection was explained to the director. Present were the director, 8 staff, and 16 children in care during the visit.

The case management was related to the unusual incident reports that were submitted by the director on 9/3/2024.

During the inspection, LPA was to get more information about the possible incident. Based on LPA's interview and reviewing the video footage, there was no proof of any violation.

No Deficiencies were cited today.

The report was reviewed by the director and a Notice of Site Visit was provided to be posted for 30 days.

An exit interview was conducted with director Sandy Mckeithan.
