Licensee mentioned that she doesn't use any toys, blankets, or pillows when the infant is napping. LPA noticed that the padding was correctly fitted to the dimensions of the playpen. The licensee informed LPA that she doesn't use a bedsheet. The licensee was reminded to consistently maintain the infant's sleeping log with check dates and make it available for review. Additionally, the licensee was advised to keep the records for at least 30 days. According to the licensee, the facility currently uses Care Connect to record the 15-minute infant checks. During the visit, the staff demonstrated to the LPA how they document the checks. However, they were unable to show the history of the documentation.
