On January 14, 2022 at approximately 9:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Winnie Ly conducted an Unannounced POC Visit at this family child care and met with Licensee Evelina Ehrlich during the visit. Purpose of the inspection was explained. There were 2 assistants caring for 4 infants and 3 preschoolers.

On January 5, 2022, the following deficiency of Over Capacity was cited during a Case Management inspection. On that day, LPA's observed 6 infants and 5 preschoolers in care during the visit. No more than four infants are allowed in care at any time. Being over capacity poses immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

During today's visit, LPA observed 4 infants and 3 preschoolers in care according to schedule emailed to LPA as a proof of correction. LPA was able to clear POC today.
