The facility has an outdoor waiver approved by the Department, which allows no more than eighteen children at a time. The outdoor playground was clean and free of debris, with a fence at least four feet tall. Play equipment was in good condition, with no sharp, loose, or pointed parts. No pools, spas, or bodies of water were present on the property. A water filling station was available in the outdoor playground.

LPA observed that napping equipment and bedding were available for the children. Cots were provided for the children by the facility. Sheets and blankets were available and cleaned weekly or as needed by the facility.
LPA reviewed children's and staff files. Five children’s files were found to be complete and included all required licensing forms. Infant sleep logs were reviewed and found to be complete, which included the dates and signatures from the staff. Five staff files were also found to be complete and included all required licensing forms, with valid Pediatric First Aid/CPR and Mandated Reporter Training certificates. Five staff transcripts were reviewed and found to meet the educational requirements for Early Childhood Education, qualifying them to serve as teachers.
S1 provided a copy of the new director’s packet to the LPA. LPA reviewed the director's packet and found it to be complete. The new director will be Sarah Fong.
