On February 3, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Van, conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with Father James Liebner. The purpose of the inspection was explained, and entrance to the facility was granted. Due to staff shortage, Father James Liebner stated that the center currently does not have any children in care. If everything works out with staff hiring, Father James Liebner plans to reopen the center next school year. LPA suggested that the License be placed on inactive status, to which Father Liebner agreed. LIC 9211 (Request for Inactive Child Care License Status) was given to Father Liebner. LPA obtained a completed LIC9211 during the visit.

LPA informed Father Liebner that once the License is inactive, childcare is not provided until the License is reactivated. In addition, Father Liebner understood that the facility is required to continue to pay the annual licensee fee promptly.

The report was reviewed and signed by Father James Liebner. Today's report, February 3, 2022, and a notice of site visit will be sent to Father Liebner by the close of business on February 3, 2022. Confirmation of receipt is required, and a site visit notice must remain posted for 30 days.
