On March 14, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanson Leong conducted an unannounced case management visit to follow up on the facility’s late annual fees. LPA met with the Finance Manager, Christine Tanudjaja (S1), and explained the purpose of the visit.

Today’s visit included 44 children and 13 staff members.

According to S1, she was not aware of the late fee and would send the check to the department on March 17, 2025. LPA recommended that S! send the check via the United States Postal Office Priority Mail so the facility may track the check.

LPA reminded S1 that the facility will be charged late fees if annual fees are not paid on time.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Finance Manager, Christine Tanudjaja.
