25 | On March 5, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanson Leong conducted an unannounced case management visit to follow up on the four technical violations issued on February 13, 2025. LPA met with the Licensee, Yan Hong Zhou, and explained the purpose of the visit.
Four infants and eight pre-k children were present today. The three adults caring for the children had obtained criminal record clearances from the California Department of Social Services.
A notice of site visit from February 13, 2025, was observed displayed on the wall, meeting the department’s posting requirements,
Fifteen-minute sleeping check records for the four infants were reviewed, and it was found that they were completed.
The children’s roster was reviewed and found complete with current and past children’s info.
Form LIC 995a, all twelve enrolled children were reviewed and found to be completed.
The emergency disaster drill log was reviewed and found to have been completed on February 14. 2025.
The licensee corrected all four technical violations issued on February 13, 2025, during today’s visit.
A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Yan Hong Zhou.
