Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Yee conducted a case management inspection today. The facility requested for an increase in capacity for a large FCCH. Fire clearance was approved on 05/24/2023. LPA and Licensee toured the daycare areas. This is single family home. Present at the facility are both licensees Miaoling Deng, Baolan Li, and 5 daycare children. The facility personnel summary report was reviewed with Miaoling and she said it is current. All adults living or working in the home have criminal background check on file. Current residents at the facility are Miaoling, Baolan, her father, her mother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, their 12, 10 years old children.

Day Care Areas: living room, front room, bedroom near the front room, kitchen, bathroom near the kitchen, sunroom, deck and back yard. The remaining areas are off limit.

Capacity worksheet for large FCCH was explained and provided. Infant walkers, bouncers, excersaucers, jumpers or similar items are not allowed in the daycare areas.

LPA will recommend a large FCCH license effective today, 06-12-2023.
