14 | Based on interviews and record review, the center did not comply with the regulation cited above. The center’s admission agreement states that a child’s family should be involved during their transition to the classroom. However, the facility moved a child from their assigned classroom to a younger one without prior guardian consent, notice, or involvement. The center did not follow the admission agreement or the parent handbook. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk for children in care. | 8
