On May 01, 2024, at approximately 2.10pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Tso and Mok met with the Site Director and/or owner for an unannounced inspection of the Plan of Correction (POC). The purpose of the inspection was explained, and the Director and/or owner granted LPAs entry to the facility. Present the Director and/or owner, 2 staff are supervising 22 preschool aged children.

During the complaint investigation inspection on April 03, 2024, the Director and/or owner received citation for type A deficiency that the facility did not comply with the sections cited for overcapacity that having 25 preschool aged children, while the facility license capacity is 23, and over ratio that 17 pre-school aged children being supervised by 1 staff.

During today's inspection, LPAs observed there were 22 preschoolers supervised by 2 staff that no overcapacity, nor over ratio was found. LPAs observed the Notice of Site Visit posted and LIC9224 Acknowledge Receipt of Licensing Reports were signed by all parents of the children in care.

The deficiency cited on April 03, 2024, were cleared today. Plan of Correction letters were provided to the Licensee.

No deficiencies were cited during today’s visit. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
