On June 10, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) J. Badger attempted to conducted an unannounced complaint investigation visit at the above-named facility. LPA found the facility closed.

An interview was conducted regarding the allegation. Based on the interviews and there is no sufficient evidence to prove that "Staff restrained day care child”.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
