25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mok conducted an unannounced case management to correct incorrect information relating to a backyard on an annual inspection report dated on 9/21/2023. LPA met with the licensee and the licensee's husband who was a helper. All adult residents had fingerprint clearance. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection to the licensee. The facility had 8 children including 3 infants and 5 preschoolers present with a helper upon LPA's arrival. LPA Mok created a report to include a backyard back to the daycare areas that were excluded in the report dated 9/21/2023 by mistake. The facility requested and approved to addition of a backyard to the daycare areas during the annual inspection dated 9/27/2022. The daycare areas are the entire level including a bathroom, a main play area, a nap room that is next to a garage, and a backyard. The off-limit areas are the entire upper level, a guest room that is close to the backyard on the lower level, and a garage.
An exit interview was conducted and the report was reviewed with the licensee, Cindy Ng.
