On July 12, 2023, at approximately 2:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ly conducted a scheduled Case Management-Licensee Initiated to measure the outdoor space areas for the toddlers and preschoolers. LPA met with Site Director Sarra He during the visit. There is no children currently enrolled at 8 Funston Ave.

During today's visit, LPA and facility representatives measured the outdoor space. The outdoor space for toddlers has a total of 1,317 square feet which is able to hold 17 toddlers. Facility currently is licensed for 12 toddlers; therefore, facility has enough space at the designated outdoor space for 12 toddlers.

LPA and facility representatives also measure the outdoor space designated for the preschoolers. The outdoor space for preschoolers has a total of 3132.85 square feet which is able to hold 41 children. Facility is currently licensed for 38 preschoolers; therefore facility has enough space at the designated outdoor space for 38 preschoolers.
Prior to having children in the outdoor space area:
*Facility representative will submit pictures showing adequate equipment and age appropriate structures or toys are available for children in the yard.

A copy of this report and appeal rights were discussed and left with Director whose signature on this form confirm receipt of these reports. Notice of Site Visit was posted.
