25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mok conducted an unannounced case management for the corrections that were listed on the advisory note on 3/13/2024. LPA met with the licensee, Zagdsodnom Yondonrentsen, and her husband, and explained the purpose of the inspection to her. 5 children including 3 infants upon LPA's arrival. Per the licensee, the helper is no longer working for her after the inspection on 3/13/2024, so she is looking for a helper while her husband works as a helper in her daycare. LPA inspected the yard for insect and weed removal requests listed in the advisory note. The licensee moved the weeds along the fence in the backyard. The licensee also gets rid of the flies in the play house. However, LPA observed mosquitos in the playhouse during the inspection. LPA cleared the corrections request listed on the advisory note dated 3/13/2024 during the inspection. In the meantime, LPA created another Advisory for another issue at the playhouse during the inspection. (See LIC 9102 )
