The facility operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Licensing documents are posted on the wall and available for review. Emergency disaster drills were conducted and documented. The most recent drill was completed on January 12, 2026.
Childcare areas: Living room, Dining room, Bedroom #1 (napping only), Backyard, and Bathroom.
Off-limits areas: Bedroom #2 and the laundry room. The licensee understands that off-limits areas may not be used for childcare during business hours.
The indoor areas were clean, well-ventilated, and maintained at a comfortable temperature. Age-appropriate furniture, toys, and learning materials were available and in good condition. Electrical outlets were secured with childproof covers. Hazardous items, including cleaning supplies and chemicals, were stored in areas inaccessible to children. A carpet was observed in the home, and the licensee stated that she vacuums the carpet daily.
The home was equipped with a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and a combination smoke-and-carbon monoxide detector. The bathroom was clean and contained age-appropriate toileting equipment. The licensee confirmed that no firearms or weapons are stored on the premises.
The backyard was fully enclosed by a fence and free of debris or hazardous materials. Outdoor play equipment was available and in good working condition. No pools, spas, or other bodies of water were observed on the premises
The facility provides food for the children, including breakfast, lunch, and one snack. Plastic plates and utensils, and sippy cups are provided by the facility. Sippy cups are washed by hand.
The home was equipped with cribs and playpens designated for children’s naps. All sleep equipment appeared to be in good condition. The infant mattresses were found with fitted sheets. A milk bottle was observed inside C1’s playpen while C1 was sleeping, which is a violation, and the facility will receive a deficiency. LPA observed the door to the napping room was completely closed while two infants were sleeping, which is a violation, and the facility will receive a deficiency.
